As many Companies and Contractors in the energy sector, Adinergy was badly hit, without anticipation, by the sudden pandemic of Covid-19 at the beginning of 2020.
Adinergy is a young company, launched on 2019.
We are specialized in Training and Consulting services in Supply Chain – HSE – Project Management for the oil and gas industry.
2020 was promising with contacts and projects on-going to build a Clients portfolio allowing a sustainable development of the Company.
All projects have suddenly vanished in March 2020 reducing the perspectives to zero.
Planet has closed, oil and gas consumption has plunged, oil and gas industry has collapsed, and individual actors struggled for their survival.
We could have disappeared,
we should have given-up.
We didn’t !
Today, I believe that this year, with almost zero as turnover, is an opportunity.
We did more this year than we would have ever done over years in normal times.
1. We reviewed and finalized our catalog of training courses. We developed our know-how: Presenting on a clear, attractive and easy-to-understand way concepts which can appear confuse or complex.
2. We launched our Live Learning offer: On-line training via the web platform Zoom. We experienced it was a valued additional service with a proven efficiency in transmission of knowledge and experience together with a significant cost reduction for Customers.
3. We issued 2 new training courses related to hot and essential issues: The reduction of transports environmental footprint and an introduction to hydrogen: the alternative fuel.
4. We transferred our courses evaluation standard excel system to the on-line platform Evalbox. Evalbox allow many types of evaluations: Auto-evaluation (for self-training), open exam or secured exam. The auto-evaluation can be activated from the beginning of the training, allowing the trainees to self-evaluate themselves, with access to answers and solutions, and prepare to the final evaluation.
Evalbox will be used both for class or Live Learning sessions.
Adinergy is now much stronger than 6 months ago and is even more convinced it can bring human value to its customers through the transmission of knowledge and experience.
