Overview: The Bids analysis and Contractor Selection are the second and final Process before the award of the Service Contract. It follows various Philosophies and Rules which aim at ensuring to all Bidders a fair and controlled process. The module also explains the Cost Straucture and Analysis of any Equipment and Service Purchased/Contracted.
Audience: Drilling, Logistics Managers, or any Head of Department who needs to understand how the Process works, Logistics and Technical Engineers, Contract Engineers who will directly participate Call for Tender and Contract award Process.
Any stakeholder to a development project in the energy sector needs to understand the Call for Tender process.
Deliverables: Upon completion of this module, Trainees will know the Bids analysis and Contractor selection process in order to ascertain a fair and equitable award of Project Contracts.
Certificate: The training will be completed by an online test on EvalBox. Upon completion of the training, including the test, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Attendance issued by Adinergy.
