Supply Base Management

Overview: The role and definition of the Supply Base will adapt to various phases of the Field Life cycles. The Base is an essential element of the sustainability and resilience of Logistic Support.
This module explains the role, missions, processes of the Supply Base in order to define its layout and environment in these phases.
It describes in details the areas of the Base and gives Guidelines and Good Practices for the Base Operations and Management.

Audience: Logistics Superintendent, Warehouse Supervisor, Stock Controller, but also member of the Supply Chain: Buyer, Transit Agent who need the support of the Base in their function within the Supply Chain.

Deliverables: Upon completion of this module the Trainees will have a throughout understanding of the Supply Base and the Good Practices to physically store and control the Stock.
Trainees will be able to efficiently design and manage a Supply Base whatever the operational phase.

Certificate: The training will be completed by an online test on EvalBox. Upon completion of the training, including the test, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Attendance issued by Adinergy.
