Summary

H2SE Management Training highlights the importance of Health, Safety, Sustainable and Environmental practices at the workplace, techniques for reducing risks and preventing accidents. It describes the development and implementation of a best-in-class Health, Safety, Sustainable and Environmental Management System: Its fundamentals principles and Key Elements.
It describes the methods for identifying the specific Hazards of an E&P Project or operational entity, assessing the Risks and controlling and mitigating these Risks. The course will actively involve the Trainees in practical exercises.

The course details the System put in place by the Upstream Industry to protect and reduce the impact on the Environment: Description of the issues diversity, Regulatory Frame, the Environmental and Societal Impact Assessment, the diverse Environmental Management Plans and Procedures. The final section describes the Performance Indicators used to monitor the Performances in term of Impact on Environment.

The course also covers the Emergency Responses Plan and Crisis Management: The objectives, Definitions and Rules of Crisis Management, The organization, Stakeholders and Roles definition, The various Plans and Procedures prepared by the Operator. It finally details the different types of Training and Drills.

The last module addresses the essential issue of "Learning from Events" to close the continuous improvement cycle: Observation, Notification, Investigation Analysis and Reporting of events. Communication and Lessons learnt. Recording and KPIs.

Any business managers, engineers to assume a HSE management position. All personnels involved in management need to understand how implementing a basic Health and Safety Management System in the entity.
